Why Should You Attend the Family First Life Annual Convention?
Here at Family First Life we are busy making final preparations for the 2020 Annual Convention. Newer agents might be asking themselves, is attending this event really important? Our answer is YES and here is why!
I am sure you have heard that attending the Annual Convention is the #1 thing you can do to propel your business for 2020. Many of our top producers have been shouting this message from the rooftops! They are shouting because the Convention will absolutely provide information to help you to become a successful Family First Life Agent. Many might ask but I can attend a Sales Conference and watch videos online? Most videos online are under one hour long and Sales Conferences last for an afternoon. The Convention provides training for about fifteen hours a day. Next is the training itself. It is the best of the best that Family First Life has to offer. If you have a question, you can meet the agent speaking and get your questions answered face to face. Last year I can remember Matt Smith, Sean Ruggiero, John Wetmore and so many more just standing in the hallway surrounded by agents answering questions. They didn't do this once they did this each day of the convention.
Next, you will be focused. Yes, this is Las Vegas and there are a ton of distractions but you won't be picking the kids up at school or folding laundry. Attending Convention is a bit of "career self-care." You will be provided with constant content to help your career. There will be carriers, top producers, speakers from Family First Life, and speakers who have changed the world. This is an event to help to inspire, teach, provide growth, and motivate you. Attending will help you push through on those evenings where it is snowing, and you don't want to see your last appointment, or it will help with the person who is full of objections so you can help their family in the long run.
Lastly, you will find a connection. You will meet other agents who do what you do ALL DAY LONG. Just talking to the person next to you can help or maybe you can provide insight to help someone else. It's your opportunity to connect with agents coast to coast from all walks of life. People you can count on to help you do your job well.
When you hear this is training you will get nowhere else, we mean it!!
